Takeaway Order Form

Terms & Conditions:
1. All takeway orders come with one bottle of Evian water and an assorted fruit bowl.
2. If you encounter any problems with your order, please write to latitude.sc@one15marina.com.
3. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 9% Goods and Service Tax.
4. Orders must be placed minimum 3 days prior to collection date.
5. Full payment must be made prior to the day of collection. If payment is not received, food collection or delivery will not be carried out.
6. All confirmed orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
7. Enjoy complimentary delivery for orders above $300++.
