Cardio Tennis Drills

Get your heart pumping and your body in shape for your next match. Suitable for all, meet new players, and sharpen your techniques at the Cardio Tennis Drill group classes. Players will be notified in the event of bad weather.

DAY: Mondays
TIMES: 9am and 7.30pm

Aqua Bike

Experience low-impact, joint-friendly water cycling, offering gentle yet effective workouts. Develop strength and cardiovascular fitness at your own rhythm, with the added benefit of buoyancy for a comfortable exercise.

AcquaPole® & AcquaPole Boxing®

Dynamic workouts that challenge your balance and core strength. Infuse traditional boxing with punches, kicks, and aquatic movement, making a splash while sculpting your body in these refreshing aquatic sessions.

Pilates Matwork

Using a series of exercises performed on the floor, let gravity and your own body weight provide resistance so you can condition your muscles in order to improve posture, balance and coordination. Coupled with proper breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control, Pilates stretches all the major muscle groups in your body, so you can strengthen your core while strengthening your abs, lower back, hips and buttocks.

Gentle Yoga Classes

Boxing Fitness

Designed to help incinerate calories, build strength, and enhance endurance, this dynamic boxing class is perfect to add a punch to your fitness journey.

The lesson torches approximately 500 to 900 calories and will continue to melt body fat for up to 48 hours post-workout.
