• SUTL Enterprise to become the largest marina operator in Singapore with two locations, one in the city and one on Sentosa island.

SINGAPORE – 30 December 2025SUTL Enterprise Limited (“SUTL Enterprise”, the “Company” or together with its subsidiaries the “Group”), a leading marina developer, operator, consultancy services provider and owner of the ONE°15 brand, has inked a put-and-call-option agreement to acquire Marina at Keppel Bay from Keppel Bay Pte Ltd for a consideration of S$40.0 million (the “Proposed Acquisition”).

The Proposed Acquisition is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. Upon completion, the Group will add another 166 berths with superyacht berthing capabilities for vessels up to 280-feet. Together with the 270-berth ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, SUTL Enterprise will be the largest owner/operator of integrated marinas in Singapore with a combined 436 berths.

Strategically located within Singapore’s Greater Southern Waterfront, Marina at Keppel Bay is uniquely positioned to serve more than 10,000 public and private housing units across the precinct. It is a highly accessible, mainland marina that is centrally located and well connected to surrounding residential, commercial, and tourism networks. The Group intends to invest in infrastructure modernisation and rebrand it “ONE°15 Marina Keppel Bay”. Enhancement plans include phased upgrades to clubhouse amenities, improved berthing infrastructure and services, new retail spaces as well as integrated lifestyle and wellness concepts, which are expected to improve the asset’s long-term value while expanding revenue channels across berthing, membership, hospitality and F&B services.

The Group believes the new site will bring significant operational and commercial synergies that are expected to strengthen its core marina business. The Proposed Acquisition deepens ONE°15’s growing network of premium branded marinas across Singapore and key regional yachting destinations, including Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. The Group expects to increase operational efficiency through shared services and resources and to enhance revenue generation through diversified membership tiers and new land-based lifestyle and dining experiences.

Chief Executive Officer of SUTL Enterprise, Mr Arthur Tay, said: “We have been actively seeking opportunities in the Asia Pacific region to grow our business. Once completed, the Proposed Acquisition will enlarge ONE°15’s regional footprint and strengthen our Group’s position as one of the largest marina operators in Asia. With Singapore as our flagship duo-marina base, we can offer our members and boaters the experience of a city marina at Keppel Bay and an island marina at Sentosa, both within close proximity. Our new addition will enhance the value of a ONE°15 membership, making it more attractive to members who will gain access to an expanded network, curated fresh experiences, as well as diverse lifestyle activities across all our marinas.

As an industry leader, SUTL Enterprise has spearheaded and hosted many environmental initiatives and community programmes that support marine conservation and education. The Group plans to extend these initiatives that are already in place at Sentosa Cove, to the Keppel Bay site, including:

  • Extending its Blue Water EduFest (BWE) initiatives and community adoption programmes to the new marina;
  • Expanding the Keppel Bay site’s coral garden to enhance local marine biodiversity; and
  • Satellite expansion of the Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) hosted across both marinas. This will further elevate the visitor experience at Asia’s leading yacht show, which is organised annually by ONE°15 Events Management, a subsidiary of SUTL Enterprise.
