Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation and maintenance work with contractors/vendors
• Ensure proper inventory and stock control
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and environmental regulations
• Perform general handyman tasks (e.g. painting, carpentry)
• Support cost control initiatives and system efficiency improvements
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Should possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related fields
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical/mechanical work
• Knowledge and experience in plumbing, grouting, painting and carpentry.
• Able to work shifts and in outdoor conditions
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
