Event Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and preparing event logistics (e.g., manpower, equipment, and setup).
  • Help coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Be present on-site to support event setup and execution.
  • Attend planning meetings and assist with documentation.
  • Help with post-event tasks such as packing up and basic reporting.

Requirements:

  • Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working during evenings and weekends when events are held
  • Good organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
