Event Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and preparing event logistics (e.g., manpower, equipment, and setup).
- Help coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
- Be present on-site to support event setup and execution.
- Attend planning meetings and assist with documentation.
- Help with post-event tasks such as packing up and basic reporting.
Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Comfortable working during evenings and weekends when events are held
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
