- Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Where multiple promotions apply, the highest applicable discount will prevail.

Corporate & Bulk Order Terms
- Corporate & Bulk Orders must be confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total order value to secure promotional pricing and production slots.
- Orders must be placed and the required deposit received by 15 August 2026.
- For customisation, logos must be submitted to us at least 14 days before the requested collection or delivery date.
- For Tier 1 and Tier 2, complimentary greeting card customisation is limited to logo insertion only.
- For Tier 3, complimentary greeting card customisation is limited to logo insertion only, while logo sticker customisation applies to the sticker only and does not extend to the box design.

Order & Delivery
- Mooncakes are available for self-collection and delivery from 2 – 25 September 2026.
- Orders must be placed at least 3 working days before the requested collection or delivery date, except for Corporate & Bulk Orders with customisation.
- Self-collection is available at WOK°15 Kitchen from Tuesday to Sunday, 11.30am – 9pm.
- Delivery is available from Tuesday to Saturday, between 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm.
- A delivery fee of $50 nett per delivery location applies to all orders, except for Corporate & Bulk Orders of 20 boxes or more, which qualify for complimentary delivery to a single location.
- For orders with multiple delivery locations, the delivery fee will apply to each additional delivery location.
- Delivery is available within mainland Singapore only.
