From Garden to Table: A Chef’s Tasting Experience at AIR CCCC
An exclusive evening where the garden sets the stage for the table. Begin with a guided walk through AIR’s living pantry where you’ll see how ingredients are grown, harvested, and cooked with intention.
Then, take your seat for a seven-course tasting menu inspired by the season’s harvest. Expect signatures like Purple Potato Flat Bread, Tiger Prawns Bakar, Charred Spanish Mackerel, and more—each dish celebrating flavour, creativity, and sustainability.
Plated with a touch of nature’s poetry, every course tells the story of the land and the artistry of the kitchen. Designed for communal-style dining, Starters and Mains are shared between 2 persons and the Side is shared between 4 persons. View menu here.

Join us for a hands-on workshop by The Sustainability Project, where you’ll learn how to upcycle used coffee grounds into nourishing body scrubs, turning your daily brew into a beauty ritual.
