INDEMNITY FORM 

I hereby release, waive, discharge and agree not to hold ONE15 Marina Club, its facility, the skipper, or any if its affiliated companies, agents or employees of ONE15 Marina Club from all liability to myself and next of kin for any and all loss or damages and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury prior to, during, or after the cruise.

I hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage, now and forever, arising out of or related to participation on these cruises whether foreseen or unforeseen and whether caused by negligence of the skipper, any if it’s affiliated companies, agents or employees of ONE15 Marina Club or otherwise.

I understand that ferry cruises and water-based activities carry inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, motion of the vessel, changing sea or weather conditions, embarking/disembarking, slips and falls, and drowning. I acknowledge that I have been informed of these risks and that I voluntarily choose to participate, accepting full responsibility for my own safety.

By signing this document, I agree to participate in this cruise and declare that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, I have read and fully understood the implications of all the clauses and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

ONE15 Marina Club reserves the right of admission and will not accept dangerous behaviour by any person(s) onboard due to the influence of alcohol or bad behaviour.  Such person will be taken off the boat.

1. I acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in activities that may involve risk of injury.

2. I fully understand and accept that all activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

3. I assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury.

4. I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue ONE15 Marina Club from demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasee or otherwise.

This is to certify that I consent and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee (ONE15 Marina Club) from any and all liabilities incident to the event and its activities.
