Marina Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up maintenance schedule to perform preventive maintenance of all pedestals & DB boards.
  • Performs maintenance, plumbing works (PPR), Minor Painting, alteration, and repair planks work at the Marina.
  • Maintain operational procedure for equipment, such as pedestals, fire equipment, pontoons and electrical switchboard.
  • Inspects the work of contractors undertaking major installation and repair work to ensure compliance with our Club requirements.
  • Daily checking of utilities & record water & Electrical consumption.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical systems & marina operation.
  • Knowledge and experience in plumbing (PPR welding), painting & carpentry work.
  • Understand safety, electrical and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in minimal supervision
  • Able to work in shifts & under outdoor weather.
