A low-impact strength and conditioning class designed for beginners or anyone looking to tone and strengthen their body safely. Using light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, it helps build lean muscle, improve core stability and enhance posture at a comfortable, manageable pace.

Whether you are new to strength training or returning after a break, this class offers an effective, feel-good workout that leaves you stronger, energised and more confident.
