CANCELLATION POLICY

Penalty Charges for Cancellation

The penalty charges outlined in the table below apply to all event registrants.

The cancellation/ no show charges for complimentary events are as follows:

- 10 days before event - $14.50nett
- 7 days before event - $29nett
- 5 days before event - $43.50nett
- Within 72 hours / No-show - $58nett

Substitute Request(s)
If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to invite another Member to attend in your place at no additional cost.

To register a substitute guest, Member is required to email the name, email address and contact number of both the registered and substitute to membership.sc@one15marina.com at least 24 hours before the event.

Amendments/ Cancellation by ONE°15 Marina
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance which causes the event to be cancelled, all attendees will be informed via email.

ONE°15 Marina reserves the right to modify all or parts of the event at its discretion, for any reason, at any time.

Payment
Cancellation fees and/ or penalty charges will be charged to Member’s account after the event. Penalty charges are final and cannot be waived.
