Events Executive
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of events in connection with the Marina and the Club.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support event publicity and promotional efforts.
- Coordinate event logistics including manpower, equipment requirements, and venue setup.
- Assist in the preparation of event proposals, project timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
- Coordinate with the various Club departments to ensure smooth running of events.
- Assist in sourcing sponsorship and vendor support where possible.
- Provide on-site operational support during event setup and execution.
- Prepare post-event reports and assist in tracking event outcomes.
- Ensure all appropriate safety documentation and precautions are in place for all events.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders such as boat owners, industry partners, and suppliers.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
