Events Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of events in connection with the Marina and the Club.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support event publicity and promotional efforts.
  • Coordinate event logistics including manpower, equipment requirements, and venue setup.
  • Assist in the preparation of event proposals, project timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
  • Coordinate with the various Club departments to ensure smooth running of events.
  • Assist in sourcing sponsorship and vendor support where possible.
  • Provide on-site operational support during event setup and execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports and assist in tracking event outcomes.
  • Ensure all appropriate safety documentation and precautions are in place for all events.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders such as boat owners, industry partners, and suppliers.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
