- I am aware that Singapore Law prohibits social gathering of more than 5 individuals in a guestroom or pair of inter-accessible guest rooms on any single day, except where the individuals are all from the same household (i.e. same address). Notwithstanding the size of the Club room/ suite and any other terms and conditions of the reservation, in the event of a breach of this prohibition, the authorities may issue fines of up to $10,000 per person.
  
  I agree to take responsible of the losses/ damages that will by incurred by ONE15 Marina Sentosa Cove as a result of the breach of the prohibition by my visitors and me.
  
  ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove shall be entitled to charge my credit card and/ or utilize the cash deposit placed by me (if any) to offset any outstanding sums including aforementioned charges due from me by the Singapore Government arising from or related to my stay at the hotel.
  
  I also agree to indemnify and hold ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including fines, composition sums and/ or legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove incurs in respect of, in connection with and/ or arising from any compliance.
  
  ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove reserves the rights to reject any subsequent reservations made by me and/ or my visitors who fail to comply with the COVID 19 requirements imposed by the Singapore Government and/ or ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove safe management measures.
