ONE°15 Marina Strengthens Local Sourcing with Farm-to-Table Mid-Tier Recognition

ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove is pleased to share that we have successfully attained the Mid Tier recognition under the Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme (FTTRP) administered by the Singapore Food Agency. This marks an advancement from our previous Base Tier certification, reflecting our continued progress in supporting local agriculture and responsible sourcing.

To achieve the Mid Tier recognition, the Club procured 100% of our hen shell eggs and quail eggs from local producers, enabling us to meet the programme’s requirement of sourcing at least 15% local produce in two of the designated food categories. These categories include:

  • Hen Shell Eggs
  • Quail Eggs
  • Leafy Vegetables
  • Beansprouts
  • Fish
  • Mushrooms

By prioritising locally sourced ingredients where possible, ONE°15 Marina supports Singapore’s growing network of urban farms and local producers while reducing food miles and ensuring fresh ingredients across our dining venues. This milestone reflects the Club’s ongoing commitment to more sustainable food sourcing and responsible dining practices.

About the Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme (FTTRP)

The Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme (FTTRP) is an initiative by the Singapore Food Agency that recognises food businesses in the Hotels, Restaurants and Catering (HoReCa) sector for incorporating locally produced ingredients into their menus.

The programme aims to encourage businesses to support Singapore’s local farming community while strengthening the nation’s food resilience and sustainability efforts.

FTTRP operates under a three-tier recognition framework based on the level of local produce procurement:

  • Base Tier – At least 15% local produce in one category
  • Mid Tier – At least 15% local produce in two categories
  • Highest Tier – At least 15% local produce in three or more categories

Through this initiative, diners can easily identify establishments that actively support local farms and producers, while businesses contribute to Singapore’s broader goal of strengthening its local food ecosystem.
