Boxing Fitness

The Club introduces a new programme – PADI Open Water Dive Course conducted by White Manta Diving School. Get your diving license at your convenience.
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:
• Knowledge development to understand basic principles of scuba diving
• Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills
• Open Water Dives at ONE15 Marina Sentosa Cove to review your skills and explore!
The course programme includes:
• One theory session (2 – 3 hours)
• Confined water dive (up to 5 times pool sessions), which must be completed 2-3 days prior to open water dive trip.
• PADI eLearning, log book, instructions and certification
• Scuba equipment rental
