TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

  • All full-time staff are eligible to participate, except those directly involved in membership or marketing.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form below before any contact is made with the prospect by the Club.
  • The referrer must be an active employee of the Club at the time of referral submission and at the time the incentive is paid out. Employees who have resigned, terminated, or are no longer on the Club’s payroll at either point will not be eligible for the incentive.

2. Criteria

To qualify for an incentive, the referred prospect must:

  • Be new and not already in the Club’s CRM or sales pipeline.
  • Not be a current or former Member.
  • Complete the full membership application and receive approval from the Membership department.
  • Pay the required membership fees in full.

3. Incentive

  • The incentive programme is valid from 2 January to 31 December 2026.
  • The one-time incentive (e.g. cash bonus) will be awarded on a quarterly basis, only after the referred prospect has been successfully onboarded and has paid all relevant fees.
  • No incentives will be given for incomplete applications, pending approvals, or unpaid memberships.

4. Anti-gaming Framework

  • Exclusions: Staff in membership or marketing team are excluded from receiving referral incentives.
  • Audit trail: All referrals must be traceable via timestamped submission and logs.
  • Duplicate referrals: If multiple staff members refer the same prospect, only the first valid submission will be considered.
  • Referral Cap: A reasonable cap may be placed on the number of incentives per staff per quarter to prevent abuse.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

  • Staff must not pressure or mislead propsects.
  • All referral activities must comply with the Club’s Code of Conduct and Data Protection policies.

6. Program Changes

  • The Club reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with reasonable notice.
  • In the event of dispute, the final decision will rest with the General Manager.
