Thank you for your participation in the Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) 2026. To facilitate the arrival and departure of your boats, we would require you to fill out this form as accurately as possible. Once you have submitted the form, the Marina Department will reach out to you with the berthing agreement, which must be signed and returned. For any queries, you may email cr.sc@one15marina.com.
Note:
Yachts on Display: ONE°15 Marina will require each vessel to complete a berthing contract for the SYF 2026 berthing.
Bump In, Bump Out Times: Vessels will have electricity, water and berthing provided from their official bump in date to the bump out date at their designated berths, any vessel that arrives before their bump in or intends to stay after their bump out will need to make a separate agreement/ payment with ONE°15 Marina.
Vessel Documents: All vessels will need to have insurance, SZ/SZH license and/or Flag-registry with immigration CIQP to be berthed at SYF 2026.
Crew: Crew is required to stay on board the vessel during SYF 2026 hours unless making their way from point A to B, any crowding of the docks will be issued an official warning once and second time will have their crew access revoked.
Standard Viewings and Boundaries:
• Changes to the berthing arrangement will not be allowed unless approved by the Event Organiser.
• No additional berth fittings may be attached to the docks and no signage will be allowed unless approved by the Event Organiser.
• No free-standing fitment may exceed the height of 2.44m or extend beyond the boundaries of the berth allocated. This includes towers, helium-filled balloons and logos/company names unless approved by the Event Organiser.
• Projections (including exhibits, signs, floral decorations and furnishings) into the docks are not permitted unless approved by the Event Organiser.
• Not allowed to attach any carpet or graphics to the docks unless approved by the Event Organiser.
• No balloons or any wasteful one-use products allowed on the docks unless approved by the Event Organiser.
Exhibit Design and Layout: Boats, engines, trailers, docks, steps, walkways, signage, etc., may NOT extend beyond designated space allocation. Exhibits which exceed the boundary of the designated space will be moved.
Guerilla Marketing: Any products including water toys that are not exhibitors or sponsors of SYF 2026 are forbidden to be displayed.
