Terms & Conditions:
1. All existing Members (“Referrer”) are eligible to participate in this Member-Get-Member (MGM) Referral Programme.
2. In respect of any referral submitted by the Referrer pursuant to this MGM Referral Programme, the Referrer warrants and confirms that the referred potential new customer (“Referee”) has given consent for their personal data to be provided to ONE°15 Marina Club. (“ONE°15”) and to receive these referral programme marketing communications from the Club.
3. Only Members with good payment records and without outstanding dues/ bills may qualify for the programme.
4. The Referrer can refer as many referees as they want.
5. New membership must be purchased from the Club’s list of sellers.
6. Referee must not be an existing Member of the Club.
7. Referee must be referred by an existing Member. Referee who contacted or has been contacted by the Club before will not be eligible for this programme.
8. Referee who finds his/ her own seller is not eligible.
9. Transactions made through membership brokers are not eligible for the programme.
10. Promotion to be taken as it is with no variation of credits (e.g. conversion to any other forms of credits, waiver of subscriptions and outstanding fees, or to exchange for cash).
11. F&B Credits must be credited to the referrer’s membership account and rewards are not exchangeable for cash and must be utilised within 6 months from a successful referral. No extension for validity of credits is allowed.
12. All new applicants shall be subject to acceptance by the Club.
13. Rewards will be given only after the membership application has been approved.
14. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special arrangements.
15. This programme and its benefits will be valid until a new programme supersedes.
16. ONE°15 reserves the right to vary or cancel the programme and/ or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Club shall be final.
