Terms and Conditions
- The 12% discount applies to the rental rate only and excludes any value-added tax (VAT), and all insurance coverage and optional services.
- To proceed with a booking, we require the main driver’s name (as per passport), age, car type, pick-up and drop-off time and location, as well as flight numbers and flight arrival time.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ advance booking is required.
- Upon successful booking, Members will receive a confirmation email from Europcar at their registered email address.
- Europcar vehicles may be booked by category only. Europcar reserves the right to replace the vehicle with another model of similar size and specifications.
- The main driver must be present at collection, and must present a physical driving license, a physical International Driving Permit (not digital, with at least one year of validity), and a credit card in the main driver’s name for verification and the security deposit, in accordance with Europcar’s policy. Photocopies and digital licences are not accepted. In the event that the main driver fails to present a physical driving license at the time of collection, a no-show fee of €95 will apply.
- Vehicle collection on behalf of the main driver (by family or friends) is not allowed.
- For cancellations made within the last 72 hours prior to collection, a cancellation fee of €95 per booking will apply.
- This discount is valid for unlimited use during the promotion period until 30 June 2027.
- The discount is strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other services.
- In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by Europcar management are final.
